Orca Financial Consulting, a subsidiary of Al Salem Holding, has been appointed as the financial advisor for Arabia Holding Group’s new hotel project. The project will feature the global Fairmont brand and is located within the Sun Capital development in 6th of October City. This venture is being executed through a partnership between Arabia Holding and the Ministry of Housing.
